Adoption T-shirts - Need your help!

Gavin and I have friends that are taking on the joy of adoption.  All requirements have been met and the nursery is set… now for the waiting game!  Jennifer emailed today and asked for my help in creating a T-shirt that they can sell to help raise the 10,000 more dollars they need for the adoption. Yep, $10,000- why in the world does adoption cost so much!  It’s super insane!

Jennifer and David are at a loss for what wording and type of design they want… so, I’m putting it out there to see if anyone may have a stroke of brillant creativity that may help them raise the money they need. (Holly you are fashionable and creative, any ideas :)

Jennifer showed me this link as to what another couple is doing.

Any ideas?

Hey Erin!

Gavio said you had some experience in this area and I would love to have your input & help with this - thanks so much for getting the word out and trying to poll some people for ideas. We need all the help we can get! I really appreciate you for your willingness to help get us moving along!

Erin- I totally agree with you about how much adoption costs!! That is one of the toughest things about it. We have done garage sales, designed shirts and helped out with our best friends car wash. My mother in law made quilts for us to sale. You find yourself getting very creative! Our shirts have done pretty well. We ultimately have had to just trust God for that money to come and honestly have a long way to go! We went with adopting August because that is the name that we picked for a boy/girl. I have seen several shirts made. Maybe they could use their last name in something? I feel like I am not much help.
