Hello Blog World…

ireland.jpg

My first post… ummmm. pause. I am still in discernment as to how I’m going to use this blog in my personal & professional life. But, I’ve commited to just starting and seeing where the writing and relationships lead me. I have watched my husband from the other couch on the opposite side of our den spend countless hours blogging, reading other blogs, building relationships, learning about himself, being challenge, forgetting to do things he wants to do, getting sucked in, and growing tremendously at the same time. As you may tell… I have mixed emotions about all this. But, either way, I’m giving it a try. With a prayerful heart- I write.

    Peace

  3. oh, i beat your hubby for the first comment (that is unless you’re moderating comments…). Welcome to the blogosphere!

  5. My advice… just do it. Write and read and comment… and at some point in the future, you will know that you have found your voice.

So glad to see you here. I recently started a blog for our youth (and myself) and got our pastor to buy in on it (he’s actually posted a couple of times!)…we are new (I started to say young…that’s a laugh) and learning. I can’t wait to see where God leads you with your writing!

P.S. Thank you for the kind response to my letter the other night…

  7. [...] all, I have much respect for bloggers. It’s not as easy as it would seem.  I figured I would start this blog and just “see where it takes me.”  Wow!  It’s quite the commitment to [...]
